Strawberry Lime Cheesecake Cups

When the afternoon rolls around, I’m usually looking for a snack that is filling, a little bit sweet and well, not entirely a dessert. I often reach for some kind of yogurt snack, so these No Bake Strawberry Lime Cheesecake Cups fit the bill! They are a good make-ahead “dessert” to pack for work or school or can be made and consumed right away. If you plan to pack it, a pint size mason jar works perfectly!

To make this, take plain yogurt and mix it with homemade whipped cream or cool whip and lime zest. Then top it with diced fresh strawberries and more lime zest. If you plan to eat it right away, crumble 1-2 graham crackers on top. If you don’t plan to eat it right away, pack the graham cracker separately and crumble on top just prior to serving.

No Bake Strawberry Lime Cheesecake Cups

  • 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Honey to taste
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 4 graham crackers


    1. Mix together the Greek yogurt, whipped cream, honey and vanilla.
    2. Layer it in a cup or a pint size mason jar. Add crumbled graham crackers, strawberries and lime zest.
    3. Repeat step 2.
    4. Return to fridge to chill further or serve and enjoy


Note: this is not overly sweet. If you need it to be sweeter, feel free to add more sugar or maple syrup or use vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
