Exciting Entertainment Lined Up for Fall Festivals

During this year’s Fall Family Fun Days, we have something planned for everyone!

For the foodie, we have some great food trucks lined up including Hot Mess Express, Jr’s Brisket, Soul Food BBQ and Fink’s Fries throughout the season.

For the animal lover, we’ll have several appearances from Take2 Alpaca’s with their fluffy and adorable alpacas. We’ll also have several visits from Swartz’s Roadside Stand bringing their sweet little goats! Plus, we’ll have the Reptile Explorer’s here again showcasing their array of unique reptiles! (Read more about when they came a previous year here. )

For the music lover, we have a nice line-up planned. We’ll have country singer Austin Rife here this Saturday, September 16th. According to his website, “Born in the small town of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, Austin Rife was raised on country music. Upon his Grandfather, Jim Rife’s passing in 2004, he picked up his elder’s guitar and learned to play. Austin’s grandfather not only passed down the gift of song, but also the gift of songwriting to him.” We’ll certainly enjoy hearing Austin’s music here this Saturday!

On October 7th we’ll hear from The Exit Strategy, a classic rock band. On Columbus Day, folk singer Ray Owen will fill the festival grounds with his endearing tunes. On October 21st, the Celtic Martin’s will be back with their energetic Irish and American Celtic fiddle songs. On October 28th we’ll have music by TJ Bebb.

For those who love fun entertainment, we have some great things planned! We’ll have magic shows with George the Magician on September 23rd, antique tractors with the Waterloo Boys on October 7th, Farm-Themed Children’s Shows by Christine and the Harvest King on October 9th and juggling by the DKer’s on October 14th and another magic show with Magic Mike on October 28th.

Stay tuned for updates to the schedule.
