Charcuterie Boards are an enjoyable, artistic and creative appetizer that grace many of our tables this Christmas season. Wooden boards are layered with artisan meats and cheeses, cracker cascades, roasted nuts, honey, and pops of bright winter fruits and vegetables.

These cheese boards are fantastic for every guest to nibble on at holiday gatherings since they explode with color, flavor, and variety. But what happens to these mostly eaten spreads once the roast is out of the oven and friends gather around the dinner table? It would be a sin to waste such delicacies!

Here’s a tasty idea that gives leftover charcuterie ingredients a second life, keeping them just as gourmet and festive as the display they came from. Crisp crackers, cured meats, and gooey melted cheese lie topped with peppery arugula and sweet jam. This Baked Charcuterie Cracker Melt is sure to make your mouth water and use up every bit of meat or cheese left on your festive board. And believe me, this melt will be gone in a jiffy!
