Quinoa Fruit Salad

- FRUIT:
- 1 pineapple
- 1 quart strawberries
- 3 bananas
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup cooked red quinoa
- coconut flakes to garnish
DRESSING:
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flax oil
- 1/4 cup Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave
- pinch of sea salt
- 3 shakes ground nutmeg
- Slice the fruit into a large bowl.
- Cook quinoa according to package directions; cool.
- Combine the dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and mix until well combined.
