Whipped Pumpkin Spice Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup cream, half and half or milk
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg


  1. Whip together the butter and milk/cream with a whisk or a fork until it is fluffy.
  2. Add the cinnamon and blend together. Top with cane sugar and nutmeg.
  3. Spread generously on scones.
