  • 5 ripe peaches, washed, quartered, pits removed
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A dash of nutmeg


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Roll out the pie dough and cut into strips. Wrap each peach quarter with a strip of pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Rest the wrapped peaches side by side in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Mix maple syrup and water together in a small bowl. Pour evenly over peaches.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.
