Roll out the pie dough and cut into strips. Wrap each peach quarter with a strip of pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Rest the wrapped peaches side by side in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix maple syrup and water together in a small bowl. Pour evenly over peaches.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.
