Christmas Mice
Ingredients
- Cherries
- Chocolate Wafers for melting (I like to use Wilbur chocolate)
- Almond Slivers
- Hershey Kisses
- Oreos
- Optional: Sprinkles or icing for eyes
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double broiler on the stove top for bigger batches of mice. If you are only making a few you could easily melt the chocolate in the microwave. Pit the cherries and dip them in the chocolate. Attach the Hershey kiss while the chocolate is still soft and put onto the Oreo. You could also place the mice on wax paper instead of making them on top of the Oreo. Before the chocolate sets add the almond “ears”. Lastly, add your eyes.
