Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee Frappe


  • 1/2 cup espresso, cooled (decaf or regular)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 packets stevia (or 23 teaspoons sugar)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 dash pumpkin pie spice (or a pinch of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg)


  1. Crush ½ cup ice in blender. Pour ice into a bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in blender:
  3. After ingredients are well blended, add crushed ice. Blend till smooth.
  4. If you’re not concerned about the extra calories, top your frozen delight with a spoonful of whipped cream and drizzle with caramel syrup.
