Blueberry Lemon Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 4 cups (two servings)

Ingredients

  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 peeled lemon, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

    1. Prepare the fruit by washing the blueberries and peeling and cutting up the lemon into chunks

    1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend at a high speed until smooth, about 3-4 minutes

  1. Pour into two cups and enjoy immediately! Garnish as desired with blueberries and lemon zest.
