Vegan Peach Creamsicles

Makes 10 vegan popsicles

Ingredients

Scale

3 heaping cups sliced, or cubed peeled peaches
½ ripe banana
1 cup plain almond (or other dairy-free) yogurt
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle mold, cover with lid and insert popsicle sticks, depending on your mold.
Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
