- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tablespoon milk (more if you prefer a thinner dressing)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
