Add blueberries, water, honey and lavender to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Strain through a cheese cloth. Makes 1/2 cup syrup, or enough for 2 servings
For each serving, use the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 cup blueberry lavender syrup and 8 ounces water, plus ice. Make in single servings or double the recipe and serve in a pitcher.
