Instant Pot Applesauce

Applesauce jars


  • 8 medium apples
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Peel the apples and chop them into 1/2 in chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir.
  3. Close the lid and seal it.
  4. Select the high pressure setting on the pressure cooker and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Once it is finished, place a dish towel over the steam valve and be ready with an extra cup by the food chute to catch any extra apple juice that comes out.
  6. Cool the applesauce before serving.
