3 tablespoon sugar or sweetener of your choice (may not be necessary with homegrown berries)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tsp corn starch
1 cup (8oz) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Mix the corn starch and whipping cream together until blended (use a blender if needed).
Add the strawberries into a food processor or blender along with the other ingredients.
Pulse until combined.
Pour into the ice pop molds and add the sticks.
If you have any extra, just put it in the fridge and wait until the first batch has frozen, then remove those from the mold and transfer to another container. Repeat step four.
