Harvest Salad with Cheese Curds

  • 4 cups diced romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 of a red onion, sliced
  • 1 crisp apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese curds or other cheese, crumbled
  • Balsamic vinaigrette


  1. Wash and dice the lettuce, slice the onions and dice the apple.
  2. Chop or crumble the cheese curds (or cheese of your choice.)
  3. Toss the salad with balsamic vinaigrette or the dressing of your choice.
