  • 1 450 gram package firm tofu, drained and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup plus one tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 package “Fresh Vegetable Dip with Dill” spice mix by Dip_n_Dill from Weaver’s Farm Market:
  • Salt to taste
  • Extras for stirring in before serving:
  • 2 fresh scallions, sliced
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon fresh minced dill, according to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon fresh, minced basil, according to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon fresh, minced parsley, according to taste


  1. Add the tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic and coconut oil to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Stir in the spice mix packet.
  3. Add salt to taste, and stir in any desired extras, such as scallions, pine nuts or fresh herbs.
  4. Serve with toasts, crackers or cut, raw vegetables.
