Blackberry Dressing {vegan, gluten-free}

You can really play with the flavors in this recipe. Add a bit of sriracha/hot sauce/jalapeños for heat. I love the way ginger complements blackberries. Citrus is also lovely! I shared a few ideas at the end of the recipe. Find the dressing recipe in a 1-minute tutorial on YouTube.


  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons raw organic agave
  • 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
  • Pinch sea salt


  1. Puree all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
  3. Optional additions: fresh thyme / citrus zest / fresh orange juice or orange juice concentrate / 1 teaspoon fresh ginger / 1 clove fresh garlic / jalapeño / sriracha
