Double Apple & Brie Crostini

Makes approximately 20, depending on size of baguette and thickness of slices.


  • 2 apples, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup apple butter (approximately)
  • 1 wedge of brie, sliced (rind removed if desired)
  • 1 baguette
  • About a tablespoon of honey


  1. Slice baguette into thin rounds. Toast until lightly browned.
  2. Spread apple butter on top. Then top with a slice of brie.
  3. Warm in a 250 degree oven or toaster oven until cheese melts.
  4. Top each one with an apple slice. Drizzle with honey.
