Join us for our interactive summer cooking classes for just $5 per person!* You’ll see demonstrations on cooking, canning, grilling, baking and more. All ages are welcome!

Schedule:

Join us Tuesdays at 11 this summer, June 14th-August 23. $5 per class. 5-time punch card for $20, or a season pass for $35.

 

June:
14 – Nan Reinert – Jellies and jams with in-season berries
21 – Ed Deren – Flatbread pizzas on the grill
28 – Phoebe Canakis – Healthy meals with in-season fruit
July:
5 – Diana Penn – Berry cobblers and crisps
12 – Ed Deren – Pairing fruit & meat on the grill
19 – Brandon Hertzler & Rachel VanDuzer – Mushrooms with Conebella Cheese – French omelettes, stuffed mushrooms & marinated mushrooms
26 – Susan Edelman – Cooking low-carb
August:
2 – Nan Reinert – Non-traditional pickles: dilly beans & more
9 – Phoebe Canakis – Sauces of the world – lemon curd paired with berries, creamy herb dressing & chimichurri
16 – Brandon Hertzler- Hot & cold soups
23 – Lori Scheckler – Featuring apples & cheese
