Tarragon Pesto

Ingredients
  • ½ cup fresh tarragon
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Puree in food processor or blender until smooth. Add olive oil, non-dairy or dairy milk for a creamier texture.
