3–4 slices of Busseto Prosciutto, cut or torn apart
4–5 slices Olli Samuleria Soppressata, cut into bite-sized pieces
3–4 Tbsp. Dalmata Fig Spread or local honey
½ cup arugula, washed and dried
Instructions
Line a tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 425F.
Scatter the crackers into a semi-circle on the tray and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese until well covered. Cube up bits of brie cheese and top the crackers with it.
Slice or tear apart the soppressata and prosciutto and scatter atop the cheese and crackers.
Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until melty and slightly crisp.
Remove from oven and drizzle honey or dallop jam on top.
