Bonfire/Hayride Parties at the Farm

Looking for a unique setting for your company party, church group, reunion, birthday party, youth event, boy/girl scout meeting, or romantic evening under the stars?

Weavers Orchard is proud to offer a memorable experience with our bonfire/ hay rides. These events are always a crowd-pleaser as our guests enjoy a safe, peaceful and secluded setting.

Our events include a leisurely hay ride through acres of our family owned orchard.

While at the bonfire you will enjoy fresh apple cider and roasted marshmallows (provided at no extra cost). Feel free to pack a picnic dinner. We are a family friendly venue, so there is no alcohol allowed

What we provide:
Safe parking
Hay rides to and from the bonfire
The bonfire
2 gallons of apple cider with cups
2 Bags of marshmallows
Roasting sticks
Seating around the fire for an averaged sized group

Scheduling A Bonfire/Hayride:
Events are offered June through December, Monday -thru- Saturday weather permitting. For reservations call 610-856-7300.

The two hour event (hayride and bonfire) typically begins at 8:00 pm however earlier time slots may be available by request.

Suggestions:
We recommend bringing a warm jacket and a flash light. Bug repellent is not typically needed.

Rules:
- We reserve the right to discontinue an event without a refund if the following rules are violated.
- ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES!
- No glass bottles.
- Absolutely no offensive language (we are a family friendly farm).
- Excessive rowdiness will not be tolerated.
- No standing on the bonfire benches or picnic tables. Absolutely no horse play near the fire pit.
- No careless handling of flammable materials.
- No use of fireworks, sparklers, firearms or other dangerous material.
- Any activity deemed inappropriate for a pleasant and positive experience for our guests will not be tolerated.

Cancelation Policy/Rain:
Weavers Orchards reserves the right to cancel by 4:00 p.m. on the day of your event, if conditions at the orchards are inappropriate (muddy fields). In the case of inclement weather, call between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. on the day of your event to discuss conditions with our event coordinator. If we determine conditions to be inappropriate, we can either reschedule your event or issue a refund. Calls must be received between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.. IF NO CALL IS RECEIVED, WE WILL BE EXPECTING YOU THAT EVENING !

Cost:
The cost of the Bonfire/hayride event is $200 for groups of 25 or less. Additional guests can be added for $7 per person. Our hay wagons can accommodate up to approximately 35 people. A second hay wagon is available for large groups ( discuss your needs with our reservationist ). Payment is due in full within 10 days of your reservation or it will be canceled and the time slot will be given to someone else. The payment is non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather or cancellation within 21 days of your scheduled reservation. Event Organizers will receive a free $10 gift card to our farm market (one per event)
