Country Birthday Parties on the Farm

Weaver's Orchard is the perfect country setting for your on-farm birthday party! You may bring your own food and supplies or you may order party trays and/or a whoopie pie cake from our market. Please call us to reserve your party today!

Lawn Party $125
Available Spring-Fall as Weather Permits

A private picnic site for 2.5 hours
Wide open spaces for your outdoor games
A scenic view of our pond
Camp fire (if reserved in advance)

2 gallons of apple cider (fall) or 2 gallons lemonade (summer)
Two dozen apple cider donuts (fall only)

Barn Party $125
Available in September & October Only

Includes:

Our rustic barn for 2.5 hours
Camp fire (if reserved in advance)
Picnic tables
2 gallons of apple cider
2 dozen apple cider donuts.

Down payment due at reservation. Sorry, no refunds due to weather. Our barn offers a ‘rain or shine’ party experience.

Kids' Play Area       The kids' play area is available and open to the public from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
                                 during our fall family fun days.
Rules:
We reserve the right to discontinue an event without a refund if the following rules are violated.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES!
Absolutely no offensive language (we are a family-friendly farm).
No excessive rowdiness will be tolerated.
No standing on the benches or picnic tables. Absolutely no horse play.
No careless handling of flammable materials.
No use of fireworks, sparklers, firearms or other dangerous material.
Any activity deemed inappropriate for a pleasant and positive experience for our guests will not be tolerated.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Rain: Weavers Orchards reserves the right to cancel at close of business the day before the event if conditions at the orchards are inappropriate (muddy fields, etc.) In the case of inclement weather, call the day prior to your event to discuss conditions with our event coordinator. If we determine conditions to be inappropriate, we can either reschedule your event or issue a refund. Calls must be received by the close of business the day prior to your event! IF NO CALL IS RECEIVED, WE WILL BE EXPECTING YOU!

Cost: A down payment of $50 is due at the time of booking. Down payment is non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather or cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation.
