Lisa had been an integral part of our pick-your-own fruit operation for the past three years, but now she is a full-time stay at home mom. Her love of children is evident, especially during a mommy-and-me cooking class like this one. Over the years Lisa has been transformed into a thrifty, resourceful mom who enjoys picking and preserving Weaver's Orchard fruit all summer long. She's been featured in articles on our blog, in the Reading Eagle and Pottstown Mercury for her jam-making expertise.

This demonstration will teach the basics of making and canning jams, jellies and preserves.
