Milk Products (rBST hormone-free!)
We feature a variety of Kreider Farms dairy products, including milk, half and half and heavy cream. We stand behind Kreider's products and farming practices! Their cows are rBST artificial growth hormone-free and, they are given feed that is grown right on their farm. The milk is chilled within eight minutes, compared to the standard two hours at most farms!
Yogurt from Grass-Fed Jersey Cows
The yogurt in our market comes from nearby Pequea Valley Farm. It is minimally processed from golden, creamy milk from grass-fed cows! Choose from a variety of flavors. This product pairs well with our several granola products!
Local Artisan Farmstead Cow's Milk Cheese
September Farms offers many delicious flavors of handcrafted, farmstead cheeses. We currently carry eight different varieties including four cheddar cheeses and four jack cheeses. Come in for a free taste! The cheddars we sell include sharp, medium, smoked and muffalletta. Jack varieties include tomato basil, garlic and basil, pepperoni and chives and dill.
Local Artisan Goat's Milk Cheese (Artificial Growth-Hormone & Antibiotic FREE)
We also carry several of Amazing Acres Goat Dairy's Chevres and their Fromagina in our market. The folks at Amazing Acres take pride in their healthy goats, which are treated very well and are never given artificial growth hormones.
Cheese Products
Our market now carries several varieties of Troyer high-quality cheese, fresh cut on site! Varieties include Marble, Extra Sharp Cheddar, Lightning Jack, Swiss and Colby. We also carry Mozzarella, Muenster, Provolone, Feta, Chevre (Goat Cheese) and Baby Swiss packs along with shredded Mozzarella, Mild Cheddar, and Mexican Blend packs.
