Weaver's Orchard Apple Cider is made from at least 5 varieties of apples.

There are no preservatives added to our cider so it is 100% pure apple cider. You get nothing but the best.

To ensure that we give you an excellent tasting cider we wash and brush our quality tree picked apples before we use them.

We also maintain a clean and sanitary pressing operation in accordance to HACCP.

Cider Sure process:. It is a safe alternative to heat pasteurization for apple cider. It is a fully automatic cider treatment system which uses the latest in germicidal Ultraviolet technology and computer controls. It is approved by the FDA to kill any harmful bacteria. Ultraviolet treatment has been used for bottled drinking water for the past 25 years. Unlike pasteurization, Ultraviolet treatment does not heat the cider, so the taste of the cider is not changed. We now are able to provide a safer, longer lasting product that will continue to taste like the cider you have grown to love.
